Cultural Safety training promotes effective communication across cultures, breaks down perceived barriers and profiles relationship building. In this course, we also explore our own attitudes and beliefs and reflect on how this influence our personal style of communication.
Cultural Safety is a term used to describe Aboriginal terms of reference, protocols, respect and ways of working; it is a person-centered approach that does not diminish, devalue or disempower our fellow Aboriginal people.
